Using the application OSP developed, scheduling an appointment only takes a couple of minutes. A person no longer has to call up a clinic, be put on hold, and then be assigned a time slot. With our solution, a person could book an appointment at any time using a smartphone and an internet connection, and even re-schedule in case of an eventuality.
It is no secret that seniors often find it difficult to travel. They might either be too old or suffer from health problems, live at assisted living facilities or retirement communities. This obstacle is easily overcome with OSP’s solution as it eliminates the need to travel to a doctor’s clinic physically. They can even connect with a physician who might be in another city.
The actual teleconsultations can also be carried out through integration with teleconferencing applications like Zoom. This ensures high quality of video streaming without putting too much load on hardware. This integration is seamless and supported by just about every personal electronic device. OSP’s solution was designed for ease of use, which means that we ensure that it’s is usable by everyone without the need for new devices.
When it comes to telemedicine, we take the privacy of patient data very seriously. Every session of consultation requires a unique passcode which the application generates right then. The code is sent to the person whose appointment is scheduled, to ensure that every virtual consultation is completely safe from any type of malicious activity.
