The client needed a bio-metric system of attendance that would help to manage the students’ time accordingly. Moreover, Premier also needed a feature that could enable the management to track the progress of every student at every level. In other words, they wanted to be able to monitor the progress for defined intervals to be able to help the students better.

Student Performance Monitoring

OSP developed a digital platform to help manage the academic as well as administrative activities at the school. The solution offers a consolidated dashboard that displays the academic performance of every student whenever needed. This would include attendance for a year, or for a semester, scores on tests, and others. 

 

Biometric Access

This feature was intended as a means of managing the in-time and out-time of students as well as faculty. When they enter the campus, they would need to press the tips of their fingers on a scanner, which would act as an automated attendance solution. This helps to know which students and teachers arrive on time, and their attendance. 

 

Access Controls

OSP added this feature to implement role based security and access. It is intended to allow the institution to define user-specific security settings and ensure selective access to certain places on the premises. Additionally, it also limits which user can access which data through the custom-built platform. 

 

Security

The school management platform is digitally secure and ensures the privacy and integrity of sensitive information. OSP leveraged the best technology and followed industry best practices in implementing the security measures. It complies with prevailing regulation and prevents any form of unauthorized access.
